I had a great time not only designing this top but wearing it as well! The flamenco ruffle sleeves give it a Spanish vibe, which adds to its lively, summery look. You can choose to make it in a solid color or in a striped version and then decorate it with flowers and/or polka dots following the color schemes shown in the pattern photos or using your own favorite colors. I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter yarn in this pattern but of course you can replace it with any DK light-3 weight yarn in cotton or any other composition. Originally designed for summer wear, this top can also be styled for winter wear over a long-sleeved t-shirt or to highlight a classic shirt. Please note that this pattern provides specifications on the type of yarn used but does not list the colors, so you can either work according to the color schemes shown in the pattern photos or you can select your own favorite colors.
